Enrollment Verification & Schedule Pickup Details
Stop in to verify your child is enrolled at that school, pick up secondary students' class schedules, familiarize yourselves with the school, complete required paperwork, sign up for bus service, meals, and more.
Needed Documents & Items for Enrollment Verification
- Current, up-to-date immunization records; or a completed and Certification of Vaccine Exemption Form
- State Certified Birth Certificate, Passport or Visa (if new to SPS)
- Proof of District Residency (i.e. lease/mortgage statement or current utility bill)

Infinite Campus Parent & Student Portal
The Infinite Campus Parent/Student Portal gives families of third through seventh grade access to information about grades. It also gives access to attendance records and schedules for ALL grade levels.

Canvas LMS & Parent Observer
SPS's Learning Management System, Canvas, facilitates classwork in grades 8 to 12. Parents can access student grades, and see class assignments and curriculum via parent accounts.

Opt in to Text Alerts
All parents/guardians receive text messages from the district, but you must opt in to receive text messages for district emergency and inclement weather announcements.

Student Transportation
SPS Provides transportation to school for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Requests for transportation can be made in person at enrollment verification and schedule pick up events, or via the Transportation department webpage. The My Ride K12 app is also available, providing real time route and status updates.

School Meals

No Phones Bell to Bell
State law (SB139) prohibits students from using their phones during instructional time. More information will be coming from your child's principal about site specific policies and implementation.
