Non-Emergency

SPS Care Report

Submit an SPS Care Report for non-emergency concerns that are best addressed by the school, including but not limited to:

  • Weapons or violence
  • Threats of harm to self or others
  • Suspicious behavior or trespassing
  • Concerning social media posts
  • Threats against the school community
  • Drugs
  • Other factors which may be harmful to the school environment. 

A staff member will review the information during business hours.

SPS Family Support Services Request

If you are reporting concerns related to a student’s basic needs (such as food insecurity, clothing, housing instability, or access to hygiene items), please submit those through this form so the appropriate support team can respond directly.
