• Education Verification

  • All requests for transcripts must be submitted online via Parchment. 
  • Phone, mail, or fax requests will no longer be accepted.
  • Electronic transcript request and local pickup of paper copies for current Stillwater High School and Lincoln Academy students are free! 
  • For those requesting to pick up physical copies, a valid ID is required. 
  • Printed transcripts will be picked up in the front office.
  • Seniors making requests for final transcripts in the spring should use Parchment and choose "Hold for Grades".
  • A current student becomes an alumnus on August 1 following their graduation.
  • Please use the transcript request links above to order and send your transcript securely.
  • Beginning August 1 after the graduation date, a fee of $10.00 will be charged for electronic transcript requests. Additional mailing fees will be charged for paper copies sent via US mail.
  • Parents cannot request the transcripts of graduated students unless the student is currently under the age of 18.
  • Please allow 1-2 school days for processing of requests. The office is closed during school breaks, except summer break. Transcripts will be processed during the summer, but please understand that some delays are possible.
  • Employers or verification companies needing to verify education must request through Parchment. Please use the above links for Stillwater High School or Lincoln Academy graduates.
  • Sales Tax Update on Credential Requests - Starting January 6th, 2026, sales tax will be collected on certain document requests, including transcripts and diplomas, in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This change may affect the total cost of your request based on various factors such as document type, delivery method, and location. Before completing your order, you will see a breakdown of all charges, including any applicable taxes, to ensure total transparency.

ACT & SAT Scores

• ACT/SAT scores are not kept by the high school. Requests for these scores should be made directly to ACT or the College Board.
