Extracurricular Event Changes

Impending winter weather has led to the cancellation and rescheduling of several extracurricular activities. Please review the updates below carefully.

ROBOTICS - Hilldale Robotics Tournament (HS & JH): Cancelled

BASKETBALL
-HS Boys & Girls - Newcastle Tournament: Rescheduled to Wednesday, Thursday, and Monday
-JH/MS Boys & Girls - Mustang Central games: Still scheduled for Thursday

WRESTLING
-Yukon Tournament: Moved to Thursday (one-day event only)
-HS Girls - McCloud Tournament: Rescheduled to Monday
-HS/JH Girls - Dual vs. Union (next Tuesday): Cancelled (Both schools will participate in the rescheduled McCloud Tournament)
-JH Boys - Dual at Enid (Thursday): Proceeding as scheduled

SWIMMING - COAC Swim Meet: Moved to Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

CHEER - HS & JH Nationals (Dallas): Cancelled and will not be rescheduled

OkMEA STATE MUSIC CONFERENCE & FESTIVAL
-All events will conclude by 5:00 p.m. on Friday
-Friday evening and Saturday concerts: Cancelled and will not be rescheduled

Calling all 6th-8th graders! National Civics Bee APPLICATIONS OPEN UNTIL FEB 3
National Civics Bee

The National Civics Bee is an annual competition that inspires young Americans to engage in civics and contribute to their communities. This contest is open to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders.

Winners may progress to the state and then national level, where they will compete for prizes, including a $100,000 prize for the national champion.

Essays are due Feb. 3, 2026 with the local round taking place here in Stillwater in March 2026.
