Title VI is a federal program administered by Stillwater Public Schools.  The primary goal of the program is to increase the math and reading levels of students of Native American descent.  The students themselves do not have to be an enrolled member of the tribe, but their parent or grandparent must be enrolled.  To be a part of the program, students must have a 506 form on file that has been completed by their parent/guardian.  This form only needs to be completed once and it remains in effect as long as the student attends Stillwater Public Schools.  If your student is of Native American descent and you want them to be included in the program, please fill out the 506 form on-line (which can be found on the SPS website at www.stillwaterschools.com, under departments, Indigenous Peoples Education.

    • We will also need a copy of the CDIB being used for our files.
