Mrs. Szymanski joined SJHS as the Principal in the fall of 2020, following six years as Principal at Chisholm Middle School in Enid. Szymanski began her education career as a language arts and social studies teacher in Garber Public Schools where she taught for five years, followed by another five teaching at Chisholm before transitioning into the role of Principal. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in secondary education along with a Master's in Education Leadership, all from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Mrs. Szymanki was named the 2023 Oklahoma Middle-Level Principal of the Year by the Oklahoma Association of Secondary School Principals.

Dr. Mach is currently in his third year as Assistant Principal at SJHS, joining the admin team in 2021 after teaching math at the JH since 2019. Prior to joining the JH faculty, he taught 5th grade at Will Rogers Elementary and Math/ELL at SHS and coached HS girls softball and boys basketball. Dr. Mach brings ten plus years of experience in education, teaching and coaching at the elementary, middle, high school, and college levels. He earned his PhD from OSU in Educational Psychology with a specialization in child development, school discipline, and trauma-responsive practices.Dr. Mach also holds National Board Certifications from the NIAAA as a Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) and as a Certified Educational Facilities Professional (CEFP) from APPA.

Mr. Elghadi is in his first year as Assistant Principal at SJHS. A graduate of Sapulpa High School, he received his Social Studies Education bachelors from Northeastern State University in 2014. He served as a 6th through 8th Grade Social Studies Teacher at Childers Middle School from 2014-2021. Elghadi completed a Masters of Education from his alma mater in 2019, and became Dean of Students at Broken Arrow Freshman Academy in 2021. Email: [email protected]

Mrs. Wilkinson is in her third year as Instructional Coach at SJHS. She brings over 20 years of experience in education as a teacher, coach, administrator, and advocate for all learners. Mrs. Wilkinson started her career teaching Kindergarten in Bismarck, ND. She was most recently an Instructional Coach, Director of Student Grants and District Assessment Coordinator in Colorado before moving to Stillwater in 2021. What does an Instructional Coach do?
The role of the instructional coach is to build teacher & teacher team capacity in their understanding of quality instructional design & practices as related to OK Academic Standards, and Data Driven Instruction.
