SPS Online Annual Update Parent/Guardian Info

A parent/guardian of returning students should complete the Online Annual Update in the Infinite Campus Portal before attending enrollment verification / schedule pickup. Devices will be available at those events for those who have not completed the update by that time.
- The Annual Update can be submitted via a smartphone, but it may be easier with a larger screen.
- If your address had changed since last year's annual update, please have proof of residency (lease/mortgage statement and current gas/electric bill) available for upload.
Submitting the annual update is two steps:
1) Log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
- Log in at the SPS Infinite Campus Parent Portal Login (Here) with your username and password.
- Don't know your username?
- As a convenience, SPS will email portal usernames for all parents/guardians with currently enrolled students by Friday evening, July 21, 2023.
- Alternatively, you can use the “Forgot Username” link on the login page.
- Don't know your password? Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Note: enter your username, not email address.
- Any problems with obtaining your username and password? Contact your child’s school for assistance.
- More information about the portal (including FAQ’s, support, and mobile app info) is available at https://www.stillwaterschools.com/District/Portal.
2) Review and submit the Online Annual Update
- Click the “More” link on the left side of the screen
- Click the “Online Registration” link
- Click the option for “2023-24 Existing Student Annual Update”.
- Please be certain to use "2023-2024 Existing Student Annual Update" for any student already enrolled in SPS, even if starting at a new school as a result of grade progression / housing change or if you've enrolled for the first time over the summer.
- The "2023-2024 New Student Enrollment" should only be used if you are enrolling a brand new student to SPS.
- Follow the directions to update household, parent, and student information.
- You must click the red “Submit” button to complete the Annual Update:
- Please contact your child’s school if you have any problems or need to make other adjustments to your family’s information.
After completing the Online Annual Update you should receive a confirmation email.
