How do I get access to the parent portal?
The school sites have a form that is filled out at enrollment. The information is verified and the portal account is generated. The portal account information, along with instructions, are then sent via email.

What happens if I forget my password?
Fill out the support request form here. When contacted, you may be asked to answer questions to verify your identity and/or visit a school to show photo id. Once your identity has been verified, your password will be reset to a temporary password that you will have to change upon logging into the parent portal.

How do I see my child's grades?
Click on the child's schedule in the left pane. Then click the course name to see the grades for that class.

Who can get access to the parent portal?
The parent portal will be available for viewing only to authorized parents/guardians.

Do students get access to the portal?
Yes, students in 4th -12th grades receive accounts that can access the portal. Parents of 3rd graders receive access, but 3rd graders do not receive their own accounts.

I'm having a technical problem with the portal and I want to discuss it with someone over the phone. Who do I call?
Due to the large number of parents using the portal, the district is unable to provide telephone support. Please check the Infinite Campus support page. Any technical problems can be submitted to the portal support request page here and we will do our best to assist you.

What is the difference between a student account and a parent account?
A parent account can see information on all children in the family.
A student account can only see information about himself/herself. -
Where is the portal?
Open https://campus.stillwaterschools.com/campus/portal/stillwater.jsp in your web browser.

When I try to login, I receive the message "Your user account has been disabled! Contact your system administrator."
For security reasons, five unsuccessful login attempts will disable a user account. Accounts are unlocked at the district’s discretion. Submit a support request here. Be prepared to answer questions to verify your identity and/or visit the school to show photo id.

How long do the teachers have to enter grades?
At this time, teachers have seven working days to enter grades -
How often is information updated in the portal?
The information is the same real-time information the district uses and is always current and up-to-date. -
What is the Campus portal?
The Campus portal gives parents up-to-date information about their children's attendance and grades. Students can also access their own attendance and grades. Infinite Campus has more information available on their site. -
How do I add/change/correct my name, address, or telephone number in the portal?
Parents/guardians can verify and update their email address and phone numbers in the portal under More > Family Information.For other changes, please contact one of your children's schools. After verifying your identity, the school can update your contact information for all schools in the district (including SchoolMessenger).
Please keep in mind that email addresses may be stored outside of Infinite Campus in teachers' email contacts. If you continue to receive classroom emails at the wrong address, please let those teachers know to update their records. -
What do the attendance codes mean?
There are four types of absences:
1. Unknown. The student was marked absent by the teacher, but the school has not classified the absence yet.
2. Unexcused. The student was absent without a parent notifying the school.
3. Excused. The student was absent but the school has been notified.
4. Exempt. The student was absent, but the absence will not count against the student.

Who do I talk to about attendance-related issues?
Attendance issues should be discussed with the attendance offices at the schools.

What computers can I use to access the portal?
Any internet-connected computer. Please be careful when using public computers: don't save the username/password and be sure to log off and close the web browser. -
Who do I talk to about grade-related issues?
Discuss the issue with your child. If there is still a problem, discuss the issue with your child's teacher. If there is still a problem, discuss the issue with the school principal. -
Why do I get asked for a password or told that I need to install a program when I try to send an email to a teacher by clicking on their name?
When the teacher's name is clicked, your computer opens whatever program has been configured on your computer as the default program to handle email. If you use a web-based email account such as Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, or GMail you may not have a default email program configured. You will have to record the teacher's email address and manually compose an email from your web mail. -
Do I need any special software?
Other than a current web browser, no special software is needed to access the parent portal. Mobile apps are available for Apple's iOS and Google's Android devices.

How safe is the portal? What can I do to keep my information safe?
The portal data is encrypted with the same technology that banks and online stores use to keep information safe and secure. To stay safe, do not share or give your password to anyone and do not save your username and password in your web browser. -
My student's grades don't appear to be correct on my phone's app. What do I do?
You need to be sure that the app on your phone has been updated to the newest version. Then you need to ensure that the grades have been refreshed recently. Follow these instructions to refresh grades.
