This camp includes plyometrics, Dynamic Movements, fundamentals of Strength Training, and football Skill development taught by Stillwater Football coaches

Who: 2024-2025 7th, & 8th graders

Where: Stillwater High School, Meet in the Football Locker Room

When:

• May 20-23: 8:00AM-10:00AM (May is only 8:00-10:00)
• June 10-27: Mon-Thurs 9:45-11:15
• July 8-18: Mon-Thurs 9:45-11:15

May 20, 21, 22, 23; June 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27; July 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18

No makeup dates if the weather cancels a practice

Additionally: Athletes in Skill Positions have a 7on7 League from 11:30-12:30 on Tuesdays in June

Attire: Shorts, t-shirts, tennis shoes, and cleats, Bring a Water Bottle
