Dr. Trent J. Swanson, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Barry Fuxa, PR & Communications Coordinator, attended an Educator Job Fair at the University of Central Oklahoma. They had a great time visiting with potential employees, and enjoyed bragging about Stillwater Public Schools and our town. As we look to attend more job fairs and visit with more recruits, we'd love your help!

Option Changes
Thank you all for getting your Option Period Forms into our office promptly! These changes will begin on January 1st, 2024 and if you are receiving any deductions from these changes, they will begin on the January 31 paycheck. If you have any questions about these changes, please contact Jacklyn Ahrens, our Benefits Specialist, [email protected].
Annual Total Wellness Clinics
These will be the week of February 2nd through the 6th. A signup form will go out through your school emails the week of January 8, so be looking for those.
Class Cover, Planning Period, and Combined Class Compensation Forms
- Payment for the Fall 2023 Semester will be in January, 2024.
- Please have your Fall 2023 forms turned into the Administration Building (Jana Bradshaw, [email protected]) by January 16th, 2024.
Paraprofessional Reminders
- Please make sure that you’ve completed:
- all of the required GCN training (including First Aid),
- your Canvas Course workbook,
- the creation of a Single Sign-on Account (Oklahoma State Department of Education).
