    988 Mental Health Lifeline: The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline) offers 24/7 call, text and chat access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing suicidal, substance use, and/or mental health crisis, or any other kind of emotional distress. People can also dial 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.

    Talk, They Hear You: The “Talk. They Hear You.” campaign’s goal is to provide parents and caregivers with the resources they need to address the issue of alcohol and other drugs with children under the age of 21.


    Own Your Power

Own Your Power is a program of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse which aims to empower teens to own their power to live a life without vaping and marijuana by giving them the tools they need to manage their mental health.
