May is Mental Health Awareness Month
-
May marks Mental Health Awareness Month, a national effort to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce the stigma surrounding them.
For the third year in a row, we are excited to share our Mental Health Awareness Calendar, designed to offer simple, meaningful ways for students, families, and staff to support mental wellness throughout the month. Each day includes an activity, reflection, or resource focused on building connection, resilience, and self-care. We invite all SPS families to use this calendar filled with activities in an effort to start conversations about the importance of mental health and to celebrate wellness all month long. You can access the calendar directly below; click on each date for more information on each date's activities. If you would like to print a copy, click here. We hope this calendar sparks thoughtful conversations at home and encourages mindful moments together!
